| Q. |
How can Adage specifically target mature job seekers ages 40+? |
|
A.
|
Adage has an exemption under Section 126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, to allow the advertisement of positions targeting mature age job seekers over 40 years of age and to screen registrations and applications for Adage on the basis of age.
Adage draws from a wealth of research and organisational data which suggests that this group of job seekers has experienced discrimination in the past. Adage is a positive step in targetting this group of job seekers and providing an opportunity to connect with organisations which may not have been possible in the past.
