and implementing of budgets and time lines

OH&S and insurance matters
Promotions management and press officer
duties (coordinating media coverage, interviews, photo shoots, press releases
and adverts)
Website editor (monthly e-newsletter)
Manufacturing co-ordination for various
promotional media (CDs, DVDs, etc), sleeve design and print, merchandise,
flyers; supervising design, quality control, dispatch & distribution
Artist liaison, creative project
supervision, image consultation, ongoing project appraisal, troubleshooting
Securing and managing sponsorship,
endorsements and co-promotion
Database, stock control systems, invoicing
and finance, music copyrighting (APRA)
