Bookkeeper with small growing team in digital media

Join our passionate, growing team to manage our payables, receivables, general ledger as well as our reporting.


Flexible hours - currently 1 day per week but growing as we grow. The rate is somewhat negotiable based on experience, registration details (BAS agent or not) and qualifications. The role is on a contractor basis so an ABN is required.


Office in Bondi Junction, a 3 minute stroll from the BJ train station.

Successful candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a bookkeeper
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MYOB, Excel and compentancy in online shopping
  • Be committed, self motivated and resourceful
  • Highly organised and have a proactive confident approach
  • Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a high performing team
  • Focussed on results
  • High integrity
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Mature minded with a good sense of humour


Responsibilities include:


  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Bank Reconciliations/General Ledger
  • End of month reporting: P&L, trial balance, bank recon
  • Quarterly PAYG, Super, BAS
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Various Administration
  • General admin responsibilities
  • We can offer $30 per hour as a contractor (or $25 per hour as an employee).
