Design engineer and project manager for large window and door manufacturing concern. Principle products are vinyl residential windows and doors, aluminum low-rise commercial windows and doors.
1999 – 2005 Owner/President - Fenestration Design Consultants, Inc. Monett, MO
Owner of a design consulting firm which developed new product lines for manufactures of fenestration products. These were both commercial and residential products.
1996 - 1999 Director of Research & Development - EFCO Corporation. Monett, MO
Developed new products for the Fenestration industry. Managed seven personnel in this group. Also assisted Marketing and Sales in product seminars and sales meetings. Was the voting member for EFCO in AAMA organization. Participated in Oliver Wight Quality Management program. Drafted first ISO procedures for engineering department.
1992 - 1995 Director of Technical Services - Dayton Technologies. Monroe, OH
Managed technical services group for company. Traveled extensively throughout U.S. to visit customer base and consult on product and production improvements within their plant facilities. Project managed from start to finish a new vinyl window plant for one of our Turkish customers in Nogales, Mexico.
1988 – 1992 Engineering Manager - Rollyson Aluminum Products. South Point, OH
Started and managed the first engineering department for this company of (40 years). Managed quality control, maintenance and tool & Die departments as part of my job responsibilities. Responsible for all plant product flow and converted all equipment to hydraulics. Set up first vinyl window line for Rollyson. Designed five new product lines and re-designed all existing products.
1985 - 1988 Project Engineer -Krestmark Industries. Lewisville, TX
Design and testing of new products for the Florida window market, along with rehab products for the Midwest and southern regions.
1983 - 1985 Project Engineer - Amarlite. Carrolton, TX
Project manager and engineer for all local customer jobs in the Dallas area. Assisted in sales calls, troubleshooting field problems, and also assisted customer service inside sales.
1980 - 1983 Project Engineer/Chief Estimator - Howmet Corporation. Terrell, TX
Responsible for major curtain wall projects in New York City. Also took responsibility for chief estimator position when the head of that department retired.

Owner/President of company that fabricated aluminum products for Tyler Refrigeration, Pizza Hut, & Pizza Inn. Also produced defense contract work and commercial window building work.
