why it matters
The ageing of the workforce is the greatest challenge to face Australian employers this decade. It is also firmly on the corporate agenda with organisations looking for ways to tackle ageing workforce challenges.
The Adage Top 20 aims to inspire others to action. The Top 20 organisations will be held up as a blueprint for other organisations to emulate. It also demonstrates the very tangible, attainable steps companies are making to turn the ageing of the workforce to an advantage for both organisations and Australia.
