HR Awards 2007
The Australian HR Awards competition is in full-swing for 2007. These prestigious awards recognise individuals and organisations that have excellent business results as a result of their HR practices. This awards competition aims to promote best practice, leadership, innovation and professional standards within the HR field.
Award classes
This year, there are sixteen award classes:
- The Davidson Trahaire Corpsych Award for Employer of Choice (more than 1,000 employees)
- The Aframe e-ffective Learning Award for Employer of Choice (fewer than 1,000 employees)
- The Solterbeck Award for Employer of Choice (public sector)
- The Neller HR Champion (CEO) Award
- The HR Partners Award for Best HR Leader
- The Next Step Award for Best HR Team
- The Michael Page Human Resources Award for Corporate Citizenship
- The Talent2 Award for Best Talent Management Strategy
- The SEEK Learning Award for Best HR Strategic Plan
- The LINK Recruitment Award for Innovation in Recruitment and Retention
- The Adcorp Award for Best Employer Branding Strategy
- The 2discover Award for Best Graduate Intake Program
- The Full Circle Feedback Award for Best Learning & Development Strategy
- The Employee Connect Award for Best Overall use of Technology
- The SageCo Award for Best Mature Age Workforce Implementation
- The Weight Watchers Award for Best Health and Wellbeing Strategy
The wide spectrum of award classes cater for a range of organisations and a variety of fields with one common theme - managing people.
Key Dates
Applications close 3 August, and the final black tie awards ceremony is scheduled for 21 September in the Palladium Room Crown Casino Melbourne.
